CPS Black Student Success Plan

For the Chicago Public Schools Black Student Success Plan (2025–2029), I designed a comprehensive publication that communicates a bold, equity-centered vision for improving outcomes for Black students across the district. The project required translating a complex, multi-year strategic framework into a clear, engaging, and accessible visual narrative. Through intentional layout, strong typographic hierarchy, data visualization, and authentic photography, the final document balances policy rigor with human-centered storytelling, reinforcing CPS’s commitment to accountability, student voice, and long-term systemic change.
